Len's Excavating, Inc.

Founded in 1968 by Len Cole, Len's Excavating was established in Nederland, Colorado---a small but growing community in the mountains of Western Boulder County.  He built a respectable company by giving customers the satisfaction of an excellent job at a fair price.  Shortly after being established Len brought his wife, Peggy, on board.  The couple worked hard to make this company one with principles and quality.  The couple's eldest son Justin knew at a very young age that he wanted to work in the business and eventually take it over.  Before he could even walk he was pushing around dirt with his Tonka equipment.  As soon as he could he started work with his parents and has helped them grow and flourish into the company they are today!

The shop that was once located in the mountains of Nederland, Colorado has now moved out of the hills and into Arvada to be more centrally located to the job sites.  Though this company has been around for years and moved locations one thing has never changed, and that is the principles and quality of work that Len started this company with.  The jobs are completed with a feeling of pride in what has been accomplished with respect for the environment.  To date over 15,000 acres of site development have been successfully completed.  No matter the size or scope of the project, our focus is always set to providing one stop superior service and assuring clients achieve maximum value for every dollar spent.  Len's Excavating has projects all over the state and we are known for our tough get to work ethic, our compassion for what we do, and the accurate/detailed work we perform.  We don't leave until the job is done and done right!  Some of Len's Excavating projects include, but are not limited to: numerous government and residential jobs, maintaining the local ski resort, renovating the University commons in Fort Collins, cell phone tower site work, and ground work all over the Colorado area.
